In case you missed it, America has a limited number of dentists available to serve a growing number of patients.
In America necessity is the mother of invention, and the mother of invention has persuaded eight states to permit dental therapists to do basic treatments usually provided by general dentists.
At least a dozen other states are considering doing the same. How this new policy is benefiting dentists and patients.
