What if I change my mind?

DentalInsuranceStore.com is so committed to finding you the right dental plan at the right price, we offer the Right-Plan/Right Price Pledge. All of our dental plans feature a 10-day free look policy. If for any reason you would like to cancel your plan within the first 10 days, please call your dental insurance company and they will provide a full refund minus any processing fees. Even if you've used your dental plan, you can still cancel within the first 10 days after you've paid for the services you used in full.

Do you have plans without waiting periods?

Yes! Our discount dental plans and Dental Health Maintenance Organizations (DHMO) have no waiting periods so you can visit the dentist on the first day of your plan's effective date.

Do you have to use a provider network?

That depends on the plan. DHMO's, or Dental Health Maintenance Organizations, require use of a network dentist, while Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) offer reduced rates for dental treatment if you stay in the network, although you are not required to do so. Discount dental plans require you to visit a participating dentist to get your savings. Indemnity plans allow you to go to any dentist you choose so they have no network and no requirement that a dentist accepts the plan.

Do I have to have a debit/credit card to enroll?

Yes. All Dental Insurance Store plans require an activated debit or credit card to enroll.  Some plans will allow you to pay your premiums by automated bank draft after you join their plan, but all carriers require an activated debit or credit card to enroll.

Do you have plans that cover orthodontia?

Yes. On the quote results page (the page displayed after you enter your age and zip code) all the plans listed display in blue lettering whether or not they offer orthodontia coverage.  You can also checkmark the Orthodontia filter box on the left side of the results page for a complete listing of those plans that offer Orthodontia coverage.

Am I under contract when I enroll in a plan?

That depends on the plan. To see if the plan you are considering uses a contract, go to the Plan Details section of that plan, click the FAQ menu option and scroll down to the question, "What if I want to cancel my plan?"
